The Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms all with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The large private pool with a tranquil waterfall is 8x5 meters and 1.5 meters deep. There are two living rooms with a comfortable designer sofa, flat-screen TV, a bar counter with refrigerator, and an open-plan kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas overlooking the idyllic swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils.

A state of the art mesh Wi-Fi system and Netflix are available during your stay, with six 55-inch Samsung LED Smart TVs situated throughout the villa. There is also a washing machine in the villa's private pantry area which is adjacent to the private two-car garage at the front of the villa.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor with en-suite bathrooms (one of which has a luxurious bathtub). One of the bedrooms comes equipped with a baby cot to ensure families are catered for during their stay. The ground floor master bedroom includes a luxury en-suite bathroom with bathtub and the room opens up onto the pool and tropical garden, allowing you to sit back and relax on the sun loungers or outdoor table.

There is a wooden deck next to the living room which boosts an outdoor dining table and chairs which has BBQ equipment, where you can host family or friends.
