Residence Management:

This will include general administration and management, resort transportation, landscaping maintenance, routine and preventive maintenance, general repairs, pest control, pool cleaning and 24-hour security.

Maintenance Costs:
Owners are responsible for maintenance and services fee for the ongoing upkeep of common infrastructure and facilities provided.
