This Nebu Ramada project is part of an international resort chain now being developed across Asia Pacific with projects currently under development in Jomtien and Bangtao Phuket. Bangkok, Gold Coast and Byron Bay in Australia are the next locations www.nebuworld.com


The Nebu Ramada Jomtien resort project is built on 64,000 sqm of land, with 6 master-planned hotels around a saltwater lagoon pool, it will boast the largest hotel pool and beach club in Thailand.


The 4-star 950 room resort residence project (Ramada International brand) is 5-10 minutes to Jomtien and Bang Saray beaches also 30 minutes south of Pattaya, 20 minutes to the local international airport, 1.5 hours to Bangkok.


The project is selling currently under construction with a fixed 8% per annum cash back for up to 2 years during construction. Standard rooms selling from under $60,000 USD with no ongoing fees or costs. The Investment is in a resort residence with operating net returns projected 8.9-12+% on 60-year leasehold, with an option for land sale profit share like a title deed. Capital gains is projected between 5-10+ pa, with a 7 year buy back option.


The development group (ARG) is 50% Thai and 50% Australian owned, and been in business for over 26 years across both Countries in the Property development business and construction industry www.azurerich.com


ARG has partnered with the largest hotel chain in the world Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, the Jomtien project is managed under license by Wyndham with the Ramada brands.
